Dr.Bishnu Raj Upreti, NCCR RD attended the IFS International Conference from 24-26 February 2025 at Cotonou, Benin, West Africa and delivered key note speech on ‘Reflection of and learning from North- South collaboration for Research capacity building on Global South’ on 25 February 2025. After the conference, Dr. Upreti also attended the IFS Board of Trustee’s meeting at Cotonou on 27 February 2025.
